      The Red Pill- the Employees Reality in work hell. The Blue Pill - Upper Management is Delusional

      Pros

      Interesting projects. If you can stick it out for a year, you can build a decent project list for your resume. (This is the only benefit.)

      Cons

      Beyond LONG Hours. Directors do not direct. Directors do not plan/manage/lead projects. Directors are only for marketing. (So who manages the project then?) Poor communication throughout company. Processes are not in place. HIGH turn-over. If you go on vacation, be prepared to work on vacation and be available on your cell phone. Average to below average pay despite CEO claiming wanting to attract the "best and the brightest". No work/life balance ("The Matrix" IS your family.) Insurance is subpar.

      Good experience to help me move on with my career.

      Cons

      Horrible hours, high turn over, terrible compensation. Not all offices had same workplace policies and standards.

      You will be underpaid Advancement is unlikely as this is a "hire/fire firm" according to market trends for services offered Politics limit overall company growth
