Pros
Although I was initially drawn in by the opportunity for advancement, what kept me around is the culture of the company. I really enjoy the opportunity to get to know my co-workers and build a relationship with them. I love that this company is always energetic and fun to be around! Of course the opportunity to grow is a huge plus as well.
Cons
Definitely a work hard, play hard-type of environment. I always thought I was a hard worker, but after coming to Matchpoint I have revised my definition of working hard. Also, its a much more arduous journey to strive towards anything when you don't know what you're aiming for. Personally, I struggled with this for a long time because I didn't have a goal I was reaching for, but everything clicked into place after I did have a goal in mind.

Pros
I love working at Matchpoint Consulting, because working there is like getting a free business education. They have a program designed to teach their employees a ton of transferable skills, and it has been so valuable to me as a new graduate. Not only is their training program great, the company is already getting demand from clients to expand.
Cons
This team works hard. I think a lot of people in our generation expect to be successful once they have walked across that graduation stage-- but in the real world, you have to earn your success. This team understands that, gives the employees the opportunity to grow and challenge themselves, and expects nothing but the best. If you aren't willing to work hard, to achieve goals, and push your comfort zone... you should probably look elsewhere.
