Pros
Diverse clients and roles such that no two days are ever the same. Lots of potential to diversify one's exposure to multiple software platforms.
Cons
No management or direction or feedback. You're on your own, in a dark room, wondering where the light switch might be. Fractured internal structure. Mass exodus of key employees. No severance and abrupt dismissal. After 6-8 months without a salesperson, there were no active engagements to provide billable hours.
