Business outlook
Pros
Well respected brand. Reasonable starting pay. Fairly flexible with vacations etc... some tenured staff with knowledge of operations.
Cons
Future product pipeline is weak and slow. This is not a nimble organization. Recent restructuring, acquisition and job cuts have created a real negative culture. Not much being actively done to correct the culture. There is no retention plan in place for roles which have very limited or no future growth path. Attitude of Sr. Management is that your luck just to have a job and should be grateful.
