Pros

Was a great company. They were progressive at one time. Used to be a class organization. Managers used to be allowed to manage if they were good and achieved results.

Cons

Too many changes in upper management the past 10 years. They have no vision or direction. Took away ownership by becoming dictators. Lost alot of great empoyees because of poor senior management. Have not seen any improvement with the management the past 2 years.
