Pros
Big name clients. Thoughtful executive and VP team that care about their employees. Excellent work-life balance, Very low turnover. Excellent HR support. Many monetary perks that add to your base salary. High emotional intelligence among the staff. Coolest office space in town.
Cons
Employees take advantage of the work from home policy. Hard to really get to known anyone personally. Juicy creative work is resourced out at times when capable talent exists on staff. Micromanaging can be abundant at times. Company lacks a professional development mindset. Can experience long periods of unchallenging creative work.
