You have to go through an extensive interview process where you have to first interview with the Director of Operations and then with the President/Owner of the company. You get: No Training Toxic work environment/Coworkers $18 per hour 10 hour shifts Tuesday-Saturday No benefits No Future No work life balance The company has all kinds of shady practices I can't stress it enough stay away from this company!

The president is not in the office often enough to really ruin every day and she takes lots of vacations, unless the controller is out. In that case she will pop in like a baby sitter to make sure the kids aren't playing
Cons
The president likes to micromanage the managers. Everything should only take about 5-10 minutes to whip the random useless report that she thinks that she needs. Her invoices are net 10 but she won't authorize payment for anything sooner than 90 days after it is due. And it is not like the company doesn't have the money to pay the bills which is what I don't understand.
