Pros
The culture here is really what makes it. Backed by a solid scientific foundation, employees are encouraged to grow and take on more responsibility as the business grows. I personally grew a lot both personally and professionally during my time there.
Cons
As with all startups, challenges arise at any given moment from any possible angle. Sometimes things were not addressed as readily as they should have been, but overall the ability to deal with these problems was increasing with time.
