      Pros

      There are some good people at Mactac, unfortunately they get drowned out by the bad

      Cons

      Senior management at Stow is beyond horrible. The company is infested with senior leaders who only play office politics. The site in Moore has gone through 4 Plant Managers (1 of which was immensely unqualified for the role) and 3 HR Managers in less than 3 years.

      *It depends on what department you worked in. In certain departments you didn't have to work overtime (unless you really wanted to). *Job security (as long as you showed up for work) *Most of your coworkers are pretty cool *Decent pay

      Cons

      *Depending on the department, you might have to work a ton of overtime *Not much room for advancement *Communication (just overall) wasn't very good *High turnover rate (so there would/could be a lot of extra work because you're always short-staffed)
