      Pros

      Benefits are good but then companies offer similar or better.

      Cons

      Poor Senior team, much back stabbing. Bullying is rife and actually rewarded. Company values mean nothing there's no meaning behind them. Recent MBO staff were over worked and not appreciated.

      Never pay bonuses, huge nepotism and poor HR processes. Do not care about people welfare. Brown envelope practice.
