      Lower level staff are really nice and helpful

      Overworked and underpaid. As an intern expect to earn 30k and work 12 hours a day and even on weekends without receiving lieu time. Don't even think about telling management you don't have capacity as you will most likely be let go or treated terribly. Apparently the company had a culture shift but that culminated in a mandatory pizza party on Fridays that you are forced to go to even if you are busy working. Also the company makes you attend "lunch & learns" on your lunch break at work and even if you are overwhelmed with work you are shamed if you do not go. There is no work-life balance here.

      This agency has SO much potential. Amazing clients and great talent but..

      the atmosphere is toxic. Interns aren't addressed by their names - they are called 'hey intern'. Unreal. Everything is scrutinized in a micro-managing manner and from the top down - people are treated like numbers. I counted the hours - never mind the days until i was able to leave. The staff were rude and defensive. Very disappointing. Turnover is like a McDonalds.
