Pros
Nice office space with ample parking. They have a knack for hiring good people who know how to have fun at work.
Cons
This shop has so much potential but they haven't been able to turn things around. For a small shop (12-15 employees), it's unheard of to lose 28 employees in less than 3 years. The hours are good and the pressure is minimal, but the turnover kills the team's morale.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Mob Media and this company gave me the foundation needed to excel and grow. The CEO is hands on, creative and encouraging. The atmosphere was professional yet close knit.
Cons
There are definitely some people who work harder than others and those who work hard tend to pick up the slack of those who do not.
