Pros
I have been at MMA Design for a couple of years and it continues to be a wonderful experience. This company is a great place to learn and grow, not only as an engineer but as a person. MMA has always supported employee's desires to grow and experience different areas of the company. All of my co-workers are supportive and fun to work with on a daily basis. The President/CEO always has an open door to listen to any suggestions or concerns. MMA lives up to its company values and that's important!
Cons
Being a small business, MMA is dealing with growing pains, and keeping up can be a struggle at times. It takes time to hire the right people and sometimes this doesn't happen fast enough. Unfortunately this creates some work overload, but it a problem worth having only if its temporary.
