Regret the day i interviewed with MKCL

Pros

Government like or no work pressure Good location in ICC towers Women get 'special' benefits ( stay alert) Good package even for incompetent people

Cons

Experience working here is similar to a glorified clerk No brand value outside, your work experience is not considered as work, so very hard to find a new employer ( some people have been trying for years now) Run like a family business with relatives/ family friends at key positions. This leads to compulsory appeasement politics. MD is a good speaker with very loose ears( can be easily influenced by those who want to reap benefits)

Pros

Worst company seen in my life. CEO is whimsical and don't have consistent thoughts and strategy. Lots of internal dirty politics, corruption and work pressure without standard process and result. Processes and decisions changes every day as per CEO's mood.

Cons

No work/life balance. No work satisfaction at EOD. Senior layer peoples are rude, arrogant and have no profession degree.
