Co-workers and office manager were great to work with. Software and support engineers in Richmond were top notch.

Cons

Compensation for the work environment and what you had to deal with wasn't even close.Calgary office was poorly managed by Canada HQ in Richmond as funds were never properly allocated for this branch. As such, it was eventually closed with the acquisition by Oracle in June or 2014.

Great place, great experiences, wore many hats and learned quite a bit about databases and definitely brushed up on my people skills.

Cons

Learning curve was steep. Didn't have much training going in and was forced to sink or swim most times
