I've never had any technical discussions with our GM, Aachal Gupta. My experience with them has not been positive from the start. There were several instances where they made false promises, such as assuring me of receiving my salary slip, which never materialized. I requested them multiple times for a probation certificate, but I received no response. Even on my last day when I resigned, their stance was that everything wouldn't go my way. My suggestion is that they should improve their management approach. It's essential to fulfill the commitments made and maintain integrity in management.
