- Toxic practices and huge blame games & redundancy spree has completely plunged people's morale, and no one even bothers to put in an effort anymore - Payrise is painfully slow, and low pay compared to other competitor companies - They made significant number of people in AP & Procurement team redundant, and outsourced them with oversea operation, and the system is so broken, if you're supplier & contractor working for MACA now, good luck getting paid on time moving forward Sad to see what was great company turned into poisonous environment to work in.
