Flexibility, the awesome people that work there, very nice offices, recognition and independence.
Cons
Everyone feels overworked and at or beyond capacity. There isn't a solid growth staffing structure in place so people are pushed to their limits with their workloads. Salary and compensation is lacking and behind competitors in the market place.
*Awesome professional development opportunities and room for growth and advancement
*Work life balance and the ability to work remote
*Dress for your day policy
*Amazing new office space with workout facilities and catering onsite
*Numerous opportunities for community impact and charitable giving
*Most importantly, the most passionate, motivated, and hardworking employees
Cons
The expectations are high here. There are a lot of talented and intelligent individuals and you are expected to be accountable for you work. This isn't really a con but just something you can expect. If you're a lazy or if you just do the minimum amount of work required, this wouldn't be the right company for you.
I joined M3 many years ago and didn't know anything about the company. Many years later I am very thankful that I found this great company. Here is what I love
- You get out what you put in; the company is full of stories where people have grown their careers without having to leave the company (our CEO started in the mailroom)
- Countless stories of taking care of people in their time of need and doing the thing no one else is willing to do
- Community - M3 believes we can only be as strong as our community; M3 pours in the communities we live and work in through our time, talent and treasure
- Always evolving - come check out our new space in Madison for an example; our building was designed to make people feel better at the end of the day. Tons of natural light, catered café, fitness room/showers, mobile enabled, telecommuting, etc etc, etc are just some of the ways M3 continues to evolve to provide the best for our employees
Cons
A great strength can be a challenge, at M3 there is always so much going on; sometimes a its tough to catch your breath
