Pros

There are no pros at all

Cons

You will be expected to work all day and all night without pay or a bonus. The creative director does not know how to run a project and will make changes last minute and expect you to stay up all night to meet his wishes. The management are rude and racist. The worst part is the CEO's and management think its normal to work all night until the morning so it will never change. This is a very depressing company to work for.

Pros

Free coffee, nice office location.

Cons

This is truly an awful company to work for! The company has an uncomfortably hostile atmosphere which is largely due to senior management. One company director in particular has a very violent and aggressive persona to him and is quite frankly, a BULLY. He would regularly patrol the building and address staff by shouting and swearing at them. The majority of employees are egotistic and have very bad attitudes. As an employee, you feel very helpless to try and resolve any issues you have due to virtually no HR support in the building. One employee is responsible for resolving HR issues and I continually encountered little support when I approached them, my emails ignored and was once told to accept the issue of the above mentioned Director as he was a company stakeholder and ‘that’s his nature’. M-is very much take advantage of their staff and have no respect for them. It is expected that staff work very late nights performing overtime, work their weekends and public holidays, all for no compensation in the form off time off in lieu or overtime pay. Being that the contracted hours are already 9am – 6pm, it is a very long day already and I would often be expected to sometimes work until 10/11pm at night and would be reprimanded the next day if I was late to the office and arrive after 9am. The computer/ finance system the company use is very dated and paper work heavy. The company offer no parking on site and only give their staff a very mean ’20 Days Annual Leave’ per annum. Lots of internal politics and favouritism towards certain staff members. The chance for progression is limited and many of the employees related to senior management are unqualified and put straight into senior progressive positions due to who they are. Staff turnover is very high which is extremely telling about how unhappy employees are. It was almost a weekly event to say goodbye to another employee, most of whom had only been with the company little time and had already had enough. Very happy to be no longer working there!

Pros

None other than some nice people that work there for a short time before getting wise and leaving.

Cons

Where to start... Just read the other ‘honest’ reviews as much of the below comes up regularly: - over worked - regularly working late into the night is the normal and promoted as some kind of heroic feat by senior leadership - little man syndrome and bully culture - things take forever to get done and so much time is wasted with internal arguments between people with massive egos and tiny peckers. Most of the male workforce walk around dragging their knuckles, looking for trouble, being racist and sexist and generally rude. - no appreciation and the way staff are treated and taken advantage of is cringeworthy at best and quite saddening really. I feel sorry for those who for some reason feel as though this is as good as it gets.
