      - Environment that encourages learning with latest tech stack - Good hiring process, Talent Acquisition was a joy to work with! - Great co-workers - Good benefits - Company is growing

      Cons

      - Management seems to change direction and not communicate information a lot, results in a lot of wasted time and effort - Insane amount of layoffs while I was employed, no one's job felt safe - Money is thrown around by management
