Pros
Most of the staff are nice and it’s close to the market.
Cons
No leadership, training or assistance from Mgmt.. Products are ineffective, Mgmt. is incompetent and the business model is outdated. Meetings consisted of Mgmt. telling personal stories about clients that were inappropriate or complaining about their last client conversation. Staff moral was abysmal across the board.
