Pros

Literally none; there are no benefits just destruction of your sanity while working here.

Cons

The management here acts like entitled children who never had to grow up. They blatantly favor people who look like them, so if you're a person of color or a minority, don’t expect to grow in this company—or stay for long. The gossip is ridiculous, like a toxic high school, and your coworkers will happily throw you under the bus to save themselves when upper management comes down on them for their own mistakes. Speaking of upper management, they curse and swear constantly, discussing highly unprofessional topics while running you into the ground with work. And when you ask for a raise? They’ll claim there’s no budget—meanwhile, they’re quietly handing out bonuses to their favorites. Worst company. Brain rot. Run by actual children. Zero diversity, zero inclusion, zero pay. They are losers all across the board.

Pros

Nothing. The office has cute decor and some employees put a lot of heart into parties and events.

Cons

- They're cheap. No raises, more work. Forget the people who fake review "fast paced environment" that just means you're overworked for no PAY!! - GROSS GOSSIP. -They're basically overcharging every client. -no upward mobility, you're a cog in a machine and you never move up, the execs are the overlords and will never be replaced.
