- Everyone is an entrepreneur and carries their weight - Whole team, including founders, are completely open to criticism for the sake of improving our processes and company - Unlimited Vacation - Co-workers are smart and motivated - Growing Fast with lots of room to grow and learn - Can work remotely - Interesting challenges to work on

Cons

- A big chunk of employees are remote, harder to build close friendships for some of the team

The market opportunity is great.

Cons

The culture was toxic, the founders think they’re gods gift, they lie to investors and employees, and they mismanaged company funds to the point where they essentially had to fire everybody.
