Pros

It's a gas station... not rocket science. There's a giant revolving door if being micromanaged is your thing.

Cons

The company is family-owned and the family's own interests heavily influence significant business decisions. Undocumented workers are regularly taken advantage of. Many employees are overworked and underpaid but only stick around due to fear of losing their livelihood. Constant complaints to HR have gone unheard, and they fire anyone they don't personally like.

Terrible Management, horrendous retaliation from Supervisors/District managers. Terrible hours. Pay can be higher.
