Pros

Not many pros as each day was filled with dread and disdain for the company.

Cons

Overworked and horribly under compensated. Not paid for hours worked beyond standard 40, though at times you may be working upwards of 60+. Entitled CEO treats staff poorly and blatantly ignored glaring issues brought up to upper management time and time again. Gaining new contracts is the ultimate goal without any thought as to how they will be completed as staff is already so overwhelmed and overworked. Business trips are expected to be paid for by employee and were not reimbursed until months later which requires continuous effort every day trying to chase down proper channels to get reimbursed. Little to no training provided with false claims of an “open and supportive” work environment. No 401K offered. Practically ZERO diversity throughout the different offices; this is definitely not a priority of the company. There is no work life balance priority whatsoever. You are expected to take on work and meet deadlines at all costs even though timelines are unreasonable. Predatory hiring practices where fresh graduates- almost entirely young women- are recruited with the expectation they will put up with the toxic and abusive work environment. No protection for vulnerable junior staff. Read the other negative reviews as they echo strikingly similar experiences. Positive reviews are no doubt written by upper management.
