      Pros

      Knowledgeable co-workers. They helped me learn the nitty- grities of the job. Often went out of the way to help me keep up with the deadlines. The management is making full use of the skill sets all the employees’ posses. Rotating the staff within the organization helps the employee to grow his experience and skills.

      Cons

      Growth probably not managed well. Need a bit more from the HR team. Laptops and computers are slow at times. Need an upgrade on that

      There is a very comfortable environment and no one bosses you. Deadlines are easy to meet and the work load is also very bearable.

      Cons

      The size of the office is a little small and can be enlarged for better operations and management of staff.
