Management at LoginRadius has extremely high expectations. As such, our staff is comprised of highly intelligent people who are great at their jobs. Most people are able to handle the stress that comes with working at such a high-profile company, but apparently some people can’t handle the pressure based on the negative reviews I’m seeing on here. First off, I find it incredible that the CEO actually involves himself with the company instead of dumping all his responsibilities on his subordinates and playing golf somewhere like other CEOs do. He’s available from day one to answer questions and give you any pointers you need to do well here. Some people find it to be a nuisance, but I’d personally rather discuss my projects with the CEO and do everything correctly than go into a project blindly and have to start all over again when it’s done incorrectly because I wasn’t clear about what was needed. As for the reviews claiming that the environment here is “sexist,” they must’ve been written by people who’ve become burnt out and are looking to blame their bitterness on some absurd excuse. In all my time here, the women have been treated with nothing but respect. Yes the environment is relatively laid back, but I doubt people want to work in an overly-corporate atmosphere where people treat each other like robots. You can believe the negative reviews on here if you want, but at the end of the day it’s your loss.

I have nothing to add here. I’ve said everything I need to say.

      Interview Tips

Feel free to post any interview questions you might be asked and I’ll help you compose an effective response :)

      Case Analyst

Just venting: Is anyone else fed up with the usernames, passwords, authentication codes, email verification, etc.? Most hiring companies use workday, items, and Taleo but each company on those sites requires a different password. It is just another layer to the job search process.

      Project Coordinator

I recently had an interview with a hiring manager. The conversation went well in my opinion and they ended it by saying they would “like to schedule a day for me to meet their team and get a feel for the projects they’re working on and then have the conversation about what I’m looking for as far as compensation.” I’m not sure what to expect from this, a part of me feels like this means they might want me for the role, but the process is a little unorthodox from my experience. Any thoughts?

Does anyone know the competency based questions you’ll be asked for a Business Development Analyst role at Aon? I have an upcoming pre-recorded online video interview that I have to submit within 7 days.
