      Don’t work here if you’re GTM

      Pros

      The majority of people that work here are really awesome. Really smart, really fun. Offsites are a great time. The healthcare benefits are also incredible. You also get $1000 for your home office.

      Cons

      As stated in a few reviews, leadership is composed of men who behave like a “boys club”. It can be obnoxious at times. Also as stated in other reviews, the mission and priorities are constantly flip flopping after CEO reads a new book or something on LinkedIn. It’s exhausting. The biggest issue though is on the go to market (SDR, AE, marketing) side of the company. I highly suggest you do not work here if you’re just getting started in your career. Training is not organized and doesn’t offer the support you need to actually do your job well. Management changed multiple times over a year, and no support was given when expectations were altered. You are not set up for success here and it’s unfortunate I wasted a year of my career here

We aim to hire people, invest in them and watch them grow. Unfortunately, sometimes that doesn’t work out. We strive to create an inclusive environment, so we are disappointed and surprised you felt it was a “boy club”. The current makeup of our team is 50% female - including GTM leadership (which is also 50%), and in a recent company survey, 99% of the company felt included by their peers. Also, as an early-stage company that was building an SDR team from scratch, we try to hire people who are excited by the challenge of being founding team members. We have invested in an awesome enablement leader (female) to build structure and support. For those considering Logikcull, this is an incredible place to establish a career in sales, and we have plenty of folks in GTM that are wildly successful due to our onboarding and ongoing investment in them. We encourage you to talk to team members to form your own opinion.

      Pros

      I've had a wonderful experience at Logikcull so far. The product is very cool and super value add to a wide swath of businesses who need to make their legal processes work more efficiently. Everyone is super bright and also very kind and helpful. I'm impressed at the level of sophistication of processes given the size and stage of the business.

      Cons

      Not a ton I can note. Typical chaos of a growing start up which is also what makes it fun. I'm the type of person who misses being in an office so I wouldn't mind some sort of limited employee fund for co-working, but it's not a huge issue.

      Great Mission, Great People

      Pros

      I have been here for a few years and I can see this is really one of the best places I've worked. Great people that are passionate about their work, super smart, and always willing to help. I feel like I'm doing some really impactful work and we're in a good spot having a decent amount of runway and having gone through the last couple of years growing and not having any layoffs.

      Cons

      It is a nimble environment. Things change very quickly and if you can't move quickly then this isn't the place for you.
