      The hours maybe and working from home

      However if you value honesty then not the place for you. They have their employees selling scam items. If they do not smile while doing it then you are fired.

      Pros are too masked by the cons so, they shouldn't matter.

      Ripping their employees off - Keep track of EVERYTHING you do - appts, sales, daily changes & ask questions until they answer it directly, they try to evade to keep you in the dark...1st sign of payroll issue, take notes in a journal & stand your ground.
