Pros
Good communication and updates from owners (we used Slack) Flexible hours and schedule Got to learn ins and outs of the business including building rooms, scheduling, managing group events, and more.
Cons
Parking was difficult in the previous location but since they moved to Green Bay there is free parking in the lot.

Pros
Creative and fun work that doesn't require intense physical or clerical labor. Great for outgoing folks.
Cons
Inconsistent standards for employees, unstructured training, very difficult to communicate upward about issues. Did not feel included. Venue moved suddenly.
