      A Great industry Some nice colleagues

      Cons

      A company with a good potential but incompetent management!! The very top management is clueless, self-centric working for themselves! Outsider of the industry and have little to no knowledge about this business. The tools for you to succeed- even basic ones- are nonexistent, budget is too short for almost everything. No recognition for any effort, fear base style! Many great people at the company left or pushed out!

      The compensation package is generally competitive, offering a fair base salary along with performance-based incentives and benefits.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, there are no real career growth opportunities within this company. The highest position you can achieve is a senior-level sales role. Team lead and managerial positions are usually filled from outside the company.

      Attractive incentive bonus 20% to 30% (airline clients) Generally fun colleagues Super modern office space Main company, ASG, is super well-known, giving you recognition

      Cons

      Chief Management does not communicate or lack thereof of any long term growth strategies Limited resources for anything compared to competitors Too stingy to consider investing in new strategies to improve product Lost too many talented colleagues due to unrealistic KPIs Colleagues come and go (on average, no one stays for more than 14 months) No upward progression to aim for, other than a hundred tops euros (max) on top of the compensation package Growth is hired for outside, never meaningfully promoted internally
