Pros

Localize has a compelling product, especially in the current AI arms race. Speaking for the US based positions, I believe you have the autonomy and freedom to carve out your own success. The NYC office is rather small, so the team is tight knit and everyone is a contributor to the welcoming, collaborative culture.

Cons

There seems to be consistent turnover, but not due to financial strain. At times the company priorities and goal setting can be unclear. Maintaining relationships with the TLV office can be challenging, but that is not unheard of for international offices.
