      Pros

      The Pay, Culture, Benefits, Bonus Gifts and Schedule are the only pros I can think of.

      Cons

      There are many cons but poor Training, Management, Unclear Expectations and Poor Support are the top ones that come to mind.

      Pros

      Good pay, time off, and benefits. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      The structure of the company is horrible. Almost half the employees quit in 2016. This is due to poor management and bullying by the president. It could be a great company because of the benefits. Just needs to get management figure out. Go read the blog if you want a view in to the thoughts of management.

      Disappointing Experience

      The talented people who are not in management positions. They are hard working and positive individuals.

      Cons

      The company invironment and atmosphere created by the President. It's unfortunate to have bad leadership.
