Everything. First off this company especially the owner and even management couldn’t care less about their current tenants. Tenants would request to speak to the property manager constantly and be accused of making up BS problems. When a tenant threatened to go to the health department or put their rent in escrow, they were asked to terminate their lease. I’m honestly surprised the owner hasn’t faced more lawsuits because of their pure negligence to common issues. I could honestly go on for days about how horrible this position and company was. Also, reading through these reviews, they’re a joke. ‘Only con is not finding this job sooner’ hahaha who made up these fake accounts and wrote this BS?! I know for a fact that no one could say they 100% love this job, it is impossible.

They make you drive around all day with gas or mile reinbursment. Managers give appointments to the consultants each day so it's more of a popularity contest than anything else. They don't like paying benefits so they'll let people go right before probation ends. I had an average amount of rentals but it didn't matter when they let me go. I've heard the owner yell at the top of his lungs at tenants who were late on rent. Very unprofessional.
