      Pros

      LiveRail pay was very competitive in the Cluj IT industry. Plenty of perks, such as free parking, free snacks, private insurance and stock options. Great managers to work with too.

      Cons

      Can't really think of many. Maybe a lack of career progression path, even though the company was in its very early stages.
