They have you work 10+ hour shifts and make you write your review of the company before you even go into your initial interview. They cling to you if they see that you’re attractive and encourage you to look down on employees that don’t come in their best clothes everyday. The job is literally standing in front of buildings invading peoples space to get a sale. They call customers dumb lazy, etc. the management tells you how you’re pretty and should model, asks if you have a boyfriend. They’re just unprofessional
