      Looks good at first, goes downhill quickly.

      Low Pay, Benefits too expensive

      Pros

      Family owned company. Mostly friendly work environment as long as you stay on the good side of management.

      Cons

      The pay was much lower than average for my position. Health and Dental benefits too expensive to cover my family. No one seemed happy to work there.

      The only pro is that you collect a paycheck every two weeks.

      Cons

      If you work in sales though, they always find some way to short you. They may claim there’s a territory but the best leads are given to favorites.
