Nice independent work environment. Great to learn and reaearch cameras and be in the camera department

Boss is uptight and does not like when people don’t do things his way. Yells at his manager constantly who is a very great person

Apparently reads their reviews five years after they've been posted.
Cons
Despite reading their reviews on this website and looking at ways to improve their company LVR would much rather respond with "Working in the television industry is not cut out for everybody." as if that's an excuse for their poor management skills. I currently work in a manager position at a television network and can tell you right now that none of my experience at LVR helped me get here. It's never been on my resume because this experience is useless.
