Pros
There are not any pros, Unless you like a small business and the opportunity to work fully remote or sometimes at the office.
Cons
Extremely disorganized and unprofessional. No professional or structured on-boarding or training. Because of the small size, probably don’t have to follow compliant standards and they have no formal HR.

Pros
Remote first office that easily handles the challenges of being remote. Which, for LHL aren't really challenges. At this point, this office works remotely, and is optimized to do so. Unlimited PTO after the first year is fantastic. Their are no egos here. None. Leadership is outstanding, compassionate, and most of all some of the smartest and hardest working people I have ever been around.
Cons
Unlimited PTO cuts both ways. It takes getting used to. 401k is not matched at this time.
