Pros
It's one of the leading companies in the information security market. It has partnership with most of the leading vendors of information security products, it has customers which are really important companies and they have good reputation in the market because they have really good customer's fidelity. If you are starting as Information Security professional, It's a good company to learn.
Cons
They don't pay overtime, and you have to do a lot of overtime. The management level fails in the people retention because the real causes of turnover are not identified or assumed. The hiring process takes too long. Objectives are not required in the same way to all employees.

Pros
The company has a very good reputation, all my peers are professional and they really enjoy their jobs, it is a small company but everybody is working hard to grow.
Cons
They don't pay overtime, and you have to do a lot of overtime, because most of the projects are after work hours.
