Pros

Pretty flexible, you can schedule patients around your own doctors appointments or needing to pick up kids

Cons

Pay decrease. They only pay $.25 a mile. They don’t pay drive time to your first patient or from your last patient home. Lack of communication. We’ll just throw people on your schedule without contacting you. Will mess with your schedule in the middle of the day. Not such a great company to work for
