Pros

Great when it was still J&J.

Cons

Owned by private equity firm. No longer cares about employees, retention or opportunities for growth. There is absolutely no growth opportunity. Pay increases are below inflation. Sales targets are becoming more and more unattainable and company has started to change them on a whim. Not replacing people that leave the company for other opportunities or when on leave, they redistribute workload amongst others with no recognition and no pay increase or bonus. Not listening to feedback provided by employees about making positive change to encourage retention and increase job satisfaction.

Pros

Supervisors and co-workers are very friendly and accommodating. The job is fairly simple and rewarding as you're helping people suffering from a disease and you can make a lot of customers days. Paid training. Paid lunch if goals are met. Whenever you need something supervisors do their best to procure it for you.

Cons

Supervisors always in meetings makes getting help difficult at times. Pay is below average for the amount of work given. Very short-staffed for most of the year and turn-over rate has recently gotten fairly high. Not very flexible when it comes to scheduling due to the short-staff issue. No room for growth within the company even though they say they hire from within. Lots of issues with payroll due to newly hired operations supervisor (should improve over time). Lots of miscommunication between supervisors and reps. Lack of accountability within supervisor team.
