Lifepath is a wonderful company

Pros

Awesome and super cheap health benefits. Unlimited overtime. Plenty of different shift options. You get to go on fun outings with clients. I’ve been so many places that I never would have gone if it wasn’t for Lifepath.

Cons

Some of the supervisory staff is incompetent. Thankfully, you can go over their heads if things aren’t being done up to standards.

Pros

You meet really great people who you will more than likely keep in touch with long after you leave the company. Work is always interesting.

Cons

Communication is a huge problem for this company. The way conversations are spoke, how they need to be addressed, and moving forward after issues and concerns all need a lot of work.
