Positive environment but recent management issues have emerged
Pros
Licious is a very Good Organization, the people were around us was the mixture of all Categories, but never harmed anyone with their Actions or Words. Great place to learn and gets opportunity to speak up even you are an Helper. People respect each Designation without any Gender biased.
Cons
1. Suddenly, the Scenerio has changed after the first audit. Meanwhile no one knows what is right and Wrong. 2. Please have started doing micro managing to all of them (Except their Favorites) and hence the Culture has broken instantly. 3. The favouritism comes from the Higher management (It's Higher) due to that everyone is still in the system though the results are poor. 4. Except Higher managers and their Favourites, people in the system started loosing trust on Licious and started fear about their jobs are Secure ? They target one by one and remove from the system (By throwing some ink) This way it has changed else it was very good company for all of them.
