Pros
Manager is a very understanding and flexible person. Understands your needs and allows you to put yourself first. A lot of independent time throughout the day.
Cons
Pay isn't the greatest. Coworkers aren't the best people as well. Parking for employees isn't set so you may not even get a spot. No set breaks which isn't ideal.
