Pros

This has been a great place to start my career in digital marketing. From early on, I was trusted with meaningful work and given exposure to real client accounts across multiple channels. I’ve learned more in six months than I expected, especially around how strategy, execution, and client goals actually connect. The team is supportive and collaborative, and leadership is very accessible. It’s easy to ask questions, get feedback, and understand the bigger picture of why we do things a certain way. There’s a strong focus on doing the right thing for clients, which makes the work feel purposeful.

Cons

The pace can be fast, and there’s a lot to learn quickly. That said, expectations are communicated clearly, and there’s support when you need it. Some processes are still evolving, but that also creates opportunities to learn and contribute ideas rather than just follow rigid rules.

Not a great experience

Pros

Hybrid/remote work environment. Insurance premiums are covered.

Cons

The owner is a nice guy, but detached and uninvolved, often putting too much trust into two-faced ego-driven people to run the business and make decisions for him. Most of the employees are overworked and burned out, due to work not being scoped properly with regard to resources, capabilities and budgets. The team that is supposed to be securing new business doesn't know the capabilities of the business well enough to secure new business consistently, so company growth is a big issue, along with client and employee retention. Management is okay continuing to work with clients that treat employees poorly, leading to unnecessary stress and not being unable to do their jobs properly out of fear of losing the client or their job.

Pros

There is not a single good thing here except what I learned from my colleagues.

Cons

Management is exactly what others have written. They micromanage, degrade employees not only on calls with clients, but also among other colleagues. It's one of the most unprofessional workplaces you'll ever be in. Management does not pay fairly for work done. Don't do more work than what's required. Management will only take credit for it anyway and undermine your work. Do yourself a favor and get your experience elsewhere. Your career is not management's priority. Insurance costs are absurdly high. Pay is not competitive. Trust the negative reviews.
