      Pros

      - Really nice if you enjoy the "boys club" mentality - Seems like an okay stepping stone for coop students that are in-person (in person only)

      Cons

      - Not a remote friendly environment, those are employees are basically ignored - No training or structure from day one - No room for growth (personally or professionally) - Very much a "boys club" - Hostile work environment

      Great culture, very collaborative, and overall just a really interesting team that is very driven with a common goal.

      Cons

      Snacks sometime run low... seriously though, I don't have any real cons. I feel like I'm part of the team and take ownership in what I do/how we perform.
