      Pros

      Family owned company but bigger. This company seems to hire good quality people. Goals are set to encourage productivity. Company gives back to the employees, makes them feel like they belong. When goals are met the owners cook steaks for the whole company. Leppo Rents is well known and has a superb reputation in Northeast Ohio. This is a well-run organization

      Cons

      Communication sometimes lacking, mainly because everybody is busy.

      Pros

      *Stability *Big Company but feels small due to family atmosphere *Everyone is empowered to make decisions * A majority of the employees have been here a very long time and love working here. * The Leadership team is really transparent. They even do tours to the locations frequently to give all of us regular updates * The best company I have ever worked for * The company gives back to employees quarterly and annually based on business results * Everyone lives the Leppo Way and actually knows what it means

      Cons

      *Some of the areas are out of date, but each location is working on updating the look of the stores.

      Pros

      Female dominated office, most people were easy to work with and kind. Little office drama and occasional events to go to during the work day ex: seminar on leadership or something to boost morale

      Cons

      The office has high wall cubicles but you can still hear everyone talking thru the cubicle walls
