      Pros

      The pay is ok for a livable wage.

      Cons

      1) You can be blamed for doing wrong for no reason. 2) Managers are out of touch, passive aggressive and not helpful when asking for help. 3) If given too much work from the usual, asking for help gets you fired 4) Management is ableist, and out of touch. 5) Just because you're working salary doesn't mean you won't work well past those extra hours. And for no extra pay at that.
