      Pros

      I’ve met lots of talented and really nice people at Learning Tree. Great snacks. Decent pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Horrible upper management & ceo. Unrealistic quotas in sales if you want to deliver quality service and make your clients feel like they are not just a number. The price of the courses is too expensive and not competitive. The burn out rate and lack of morale is high. They are trading excellent Account Managers who had great people skills and who made the company grow for young and inexperienced ones. No work life balance, especially if you have children. There are still talented employees left but it may be just a matter of time until they look for work elsewhere.

      Pros

      Most employees are amazing people. They are friendly and always there to help. Compensation is satisfactory.

      Cons

      Since the current president took over, the morale is at its lowest. Smart, independent, fully grown individuals are being micro-managed like they are children. The current president has an archaic view on managing staff and believes in intimidation to get results. Metrics are challenging to meet, yet they keep increasing them without increasing average salary. Forget leaving your desk daily to eat lunch. Forget about having any work-life balance, and don’t be surprised if you get a burn-out! Room for career growth limited.

      Great people. Excellent customer focus.

      Cons

      Management does not trust employees. Super micro management and lead with fear concept. LT is going back to 'the good old days' as opposed to changing with the times. Everything is about numbers, not people.
